US – Family Tree Farms, based in Reedley, California, has appointed Leighton Dill as its Marketing Manager, effective immediately.
Dill, hailing from a fifth-generation farm in Chowchilla, CA, brings a wealth of agricultural experience to her new role.

Dill’s agricultural journey began at a young age, growing up on a farm and ranch. After earning a BS in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University, she initially worked as a research analyst for the Oklahoma Wheat Program. However, her passion for agricultural marketing steered her toward a new trajectory.
Over the past four years, Dill has showcased her expertise by collaborating with over 40 companies, aiding them in expanding their operations through innovative marketing and strategic efforts.
Her mission is crystal clear: crafting narratives that intertwine agricultural dedication, resilience, and innovation to spark meaningful change.
In her role as Marketing Manager at Family Tree Farms, Dill will continue to champion the company’s vision of consistently marketing “The Most Flavorful Fruit in the World.” She will also focus on building strategies and partnerships with customers while providing leadership to the marketing team.
